o    Simple vs. compound interest

o    Basic financial calculations (PV, FV, annuities)

3.    Work place and Financial Ethics & Regulations

o    Effective Communication for finances

o    Ethical considerations in finance

o    Overview of financial laws and compliance

B.  Basic Units of Competency - (Core foundational knowledge in finance)

4.    Principles of Accounting

o    Double-entry bookkeeping
